Kever Genever from Amsterdam and founded in 2015 by game changers. This green labelled beauty is a contemporary interpretation of a classic Genever. Golden in colour, has fragrant nose of cinnamon and apple on the nose, and some hints of bitterness. Made with distillates of tonkabean, gentian root and juniper. Drink it straight, make yourself a John Collins cocktail or just mix with ginger-ale.

Tasting Notes

Appearance/taste profile: Gold-yellowish appearance. Malty, crispy bitterness of the gentiana root and tones of almond. This genever has a slight funky nose of elderflower, cinnamon and apple.
