Tasting Notes

Colour: golden yellow with lively green tones
Nose: rich and intense. Aromas of apricot, peach, Golden Delicious apples and green figs. Hints of honey, citrus flowers and Bronte pistachios. The wood is slight but well balanced.
Palate: Rich, creamy and fluid. Its balance is characterised by a fresh acidity, contrasting with an alcoholic softness thanks to fermentation in wood
Excellent with fish or smoked meats; after some years’ ageing also with herbed cheese
