In the mid-1990s Prunier Manufacture in France was the first caviar producer in Europe who produces farmed sturgeon under natural conditions in an open farming facility that is strictly monitored according to EU regulations.

Prunier Caviar Tradition is manufactured according to the Prunier methods and is enjoying highest popularity with its unique hazelnut flavour.
Its small black corn is very similar to the Sevruga Caviar.

Perfect together with some blinis and crème fraîche as well as with champagne or vodka.

Available in 30 g, 50 g, 125 g and 250 g.
