To celebrate the year our spirit first began to flow from the stills, 125 years ago, Malt Master, Stephanie Macleod and Distillery Manager, John MacKenzie have handpicked this whisky to commemorate a significant moment in ABERFELDY’s history.
They chose to finish the beautifully aged whisky in Oloroso Sherry casks, to augment it’s rich and fruity character, and bestow a delightful spiced note.
Delicate fruit notes rest on a malty, cereal base, with a hint of vanilla coffee and long satisfying finish.
