Founded in 1846, Champagne Devaux is now considered as a benchmark among the Champagne of the region of the Côte des Bar (Southern part of the Champagne appellation).The Champagne of the Collection D (Cuvée D, Ultra D and D Rosé) are emblematic of the oenological know-how of our winemarker - Michel Parisot - in the selection of parcels, precise blending and extended ageing time with a minimum maturation of 5 years. Michel Parisot was nominated "Best Sparkling winemaker of the Year 2020" by the jury of the International Wine and Spirits Competition.

Tasting Notes

Gold yellow colour with a delicate and persistant mousse. Aromas of white blossom and soft spices, mellowed by notes of toasted brioche and vanilla on the finish. A deliciously fresh and creamy champagne of great persistence. Serve at 8°C to 10°C, as an aperitif. It can also pair with scallops with spider crab, scallops with truffles and also with chocolate and vanilla entremet.
