Created in 2000 to celebrate the new millennium, 1800 Milenio is the result of 250 years of family traditions. It begins with 100% Blue Weber Agave, picked at the peak of ripeness & steamed for 36 hrs, yielding the richest, most flavorful nectar. This liquid is double-distilled in copper-pot stills. After ageing in American Oak barrels for 40 months, the very best tequila of the batch is separated and further matured in French Oak cognac barrels for 4 months, which imparts a unique character.

NOSE : it displays some warmth, with hints of agave, butterscotch, vanilla and oak / PALATE : Its flavor is the harmonic combination of lightly toasted oak, vanilla, caramel and red fruits with an intense note of cinnamon./ FINISH : The finish is dry, pleasantly warm, rich in caramel and oak.
