Our makers mature the whisky in two different types of casks: American oak casks bringing notes of vanilla and toffee, and Oloroso sherry casks imparting spice and richness.

When the time comes, our craftsmen skilfully bring the single malts from both casks together, an art requiring dedication and years of expertise to achieve just the right balance of depth and flavour.
Double cask matured for a minimum of 13 years, this well-balanced single malt perfectly combines a sweet and fruity character, with layered notes of red apples and butterscotch imparted by the American oak casks.
