Tasting Notes

Yellow colour with active sparkles. Complex nose with the freshness of white fruits, the maturity of spices and the signature of maturation in cellars with yeasty aromas. The oak is subtle. The wine has a beautiful base of acidity is wonderfully lively from the attak to the finish.
