‘It comes from the Palatinate, specifically from Edesheim south of Neustadt an der Weinstraße.

The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir, aka Pinot Noir, the classic red wine variety of the Palatinate and in particular the Southern Palatinate.

This modern Pinot Noir was matured in steel tanks and presents itself with crystal-clear raspberry, cherry and strawberry fruit, accompanied by a subtle residual sweetness and fine spicy notes.

The alcohol content is a light 11%. The wine is ready to drink now and will remain so until 2025 - a pleasure here and now!’

‘Colour: Bright red with violet reflections
Aroma: Raspberry, strawberry, some cherry, a hint of liquorice.
Flavour: A juicy, fruity wine, cherry, strawberry, again some liquorice, fine tannin, some acidity, elegant jam finish and a hint of spices.

Due to its elegant sweetness, this Pinot Noir goes very well with desserts such as chocolate mousse or cake, but is also excellent with spicy to hot Asian meat dishes and mature cheese. ’
