Tasting Notes
The nose is a heady whirlpool of aromas, intensely peated yet always balanced. As the peat recedes, it is replaced by aromas of waxy dark chocolate, warm blackcurrants and muscovado sugar, with bursts of plump cherries and earthy pine needles.
Torrents of taste well up on the palate; deep, peppery and chewy, bombarding the tongue with its intense tastes and textures.
