Bright and clear with slight green reflections, this wine offers up a stunning aroma of elderflower, blackcurrant and gooseberries; on the palate it is crisp and fresh with those fruity notes of gooseberries and elderflower asserting themselves; best enjoyed at 8–10°C the wine is a great match to salads, fish and seafood dishes.
