Tasting Notes

A deep, dark color, with aromas of cool forest floor and pencil shavings. a classic claret-type Cabernet from the new world, with a refined, long lasting palate. Approachable as an appetizer, but best with a hearty meal, like a good South African Braai or Barbeque .
