Tasting Notes

To the eye: superb deep colour ; intense light. To the nose: great depth ; hints of cashew and honey, flavours of caramelized apple pie; woods and mushroom fricassee aromas. To the palate: complex stone fruit aromas revealed by time ; notes of mocha, cocoa and truffle; great structure.
