Borgo de’ Medici pasta is made exclusively with high-quality durum wheat. To ensure our pasta’s freshness, no more than 56 hours pass from the grinding stage to the production phase. The manufacturing process is 74% manual, thus Borgo de’ Medici’s is one of the few pastas on the market that has earned itself the “hand-crafted product” label. No colourants are used to give the pasta its shiny and attractive appearance, instead coloured by naturally dehydrated vegetables.
