We have selected some of our rarest Bowmores and matured them in casks that once held rich Pedro Ximenez sherry where they have an exquisite flavour and individual character.

Tasting Notes

Colour; Deep Chestnut. Aroma; Robust aroma of treacle and sticky toffee pudding, beeswax and pecan pie with blood orange fruit notes and a hint of sangria. Taste; First sips envelop the tongue in sweet, syrupy molasses with a potent hit of Pedro Ximenez, morello cherries and intense, dark chocolate which melds with creme brulee, dates, cinnamon and leather, followed by dried thyme. Finish; Long, sumptuous, sweet finish with traces of sherry.
