Nose :
Bonfire embers and warm charred oak, intermingled with citrusy lemons, sweet pears in syrup
Taste :
Peat smoke engulfsthe palate, followed by Lapsang Souchong tea leaves before delicate notes of red apple and sweet demerara sugar are revealed
Finish :Smoky slowly dissipating to gentle sweetness
