Tasting Notes

Very fruity, all the grapes' fragrances can be felt. Its smoothness makes it surprisingly pleasant, though avoiding excesses. Captivating. Serve at 8-10°C, it goes well with sumptous first dishes, i.e.: tortelloni, ravioli (typical Emlia cuisine) as well as to cookies and cakes or figs!
