Tasting Notes

Bright, translucent brownish tone. Strong bouquet of thorn, dominated by spruce, can feel juniper and citrus, can feel saltiness, smoky aftertaste. Serving suggestion: simple and freshtastic gin & tonic served with plenty of ice and a lemon peel or a "forested" Negroni or a frothy herbal gin sour. Not to mention a greenish Dry Martini, stirred with two olives.
