Tasting Notes

Nice pale colour. Complex nose of ripe citrus fruits, mandarin, spices. Full and delicate mouth, very elegant. Enjoy it chilled with grilled red mullets, scallops, guinea fowl or simply on its own but most importantly with good friends! To be drunk within 2 years .
