Freud Whisky is a liquid homage to Freudenberg, the proud home of our legendary distillery. Freud “Distillers Cut” is our first whisky. It begins its ageing process in chestnut casks and in barrels that were used for maturing bourbon. Afterwards “Distillers Cut” mellows further in kegs that held Ziegler Old Plum fruit brandy. “Distillers Cut” is a complex yet pleasantly accessible malt whisky that’s equally delightful when sipped “neat” or in mixed drinks.
