Our neighbouring harbour village of Portsoy, a harbour village shaped by the coast with a deep maritime history to the east of the distillery, inspires the deep maritime flavour of this richly peated single malt, matured in sherry, bourbon and port casks. Using high levels of peat to create our only richly smoked single malt with charred coastal character.
