Color: Golden Amber. Nose: Dried apricot, ripened biwa “Japanese loquat” with hints of lemon peel and clove. Palate: Dried fig, subtle undertones of yuzu and sweet acacia honey accentuating the smoothness of toasty roasted cacao. Finish: Soothing incense aroma spiced with cinnamon and Mizunara (Japanese oak)
