Tasting Notes

The colour is shiny, pale gold. The nose is intense and bright, with white flowers aromas and fruity notes of lemon and pear. Delightful grapefruit and bergamot flavours stand out, until a mineral and long lasting finale. Serve ideally between 12 and 14°C. Perfect with white meats, grilled fished and any kind of seefood.
