The VS is a blend of spirits distilled from the white wines produced in Appellation Controlée Bas Armagnac and Tenarèze. VS is also a combination of two types of distillation: a single and a double distillation. The blending of these two types of distillation in Armagnac is unique to the House of Janneau.
