The XO (eXtra Old) is a blend of Armagnacs which have been aged in Limousin and Gascon black oak for a minimum of 12 years up to 25 years. The spirits used in the XO blend are chosen for their specific superior quality as they represent the best "eau de vie" coming mainly from the area of Bas Armagnac as well as from the Tenarèze. The white grape varieties Baco and Ugni Blanc are distilled using the Single Distillation process and to a smaller extent, the Double Distillation process

Rich copper color. Even aromas of caramelized, butter roasted nuts, floral talc, and dried fruits follow through on a very soft, satiny entry to a rich fruity-yet-dry medium-full body with waves of honey, praline and spice.
