Wyngaard Mustard Dill is a cheese aged for 4 months with a coarse mustard in which fresh dill tops have been processed. The most fermented aroma is lost in the air, with a beautiful result. Both the fine combination of the cheese with the mustard-dill and the cheese itself are tested! A completely different variation on the aloud classic, cheese with mustard.
Wyngaard Mustard Dill is always combined with a white Pouilly Fumée with a powerful red Pinotage. Wyngaard Truffle is a 4-month matured cheese covered with a tapenade containing fresh summer truffle. The truffle tapenade releases its aroma to the cheese over time, with a surprising result. Both the fine combination of the cheese with the truffle tapenade and the cheese itself are tasted.

Wyngaard Black Pepper combines wonderfully with a spicy Pinot Gris or a powerful red Valpolicella.
