The Williams Pear Brandy consists of fruit from Trentino and Lombardy, from Ardèche, from Drôme, Isère and Savoie as well as from Baden. The fermentation takes place at a constantly controlled temperature to maintain the delicate flavours. Then it is distilled several times in traditional copper stills.
