Tasting Notes

A spirit based on rum with spice, caramel and other natural flavours. The appearance is Black like molasses, or squid ink. Aromas of heavy chocolate, coffee vanilla and cinnamon mingle with spices commonly associated with Rum; clove, cinnamon, ginger and galangal. The finish is slightly warming with a big punch of vanilla, a touch of coffee and a hint of pepper.
