María has used her fondest memories of New Year in her home city. Colour: Burnt Orange. Nose: Honey-coated Pestiños, sweet raisins, cinnamon, anise, rich oak, and vibrant citrus. Palate: Sweet pastry, white grapes, honeyglazed almonds, vanilla, balanced spices and hints of fresh rosemary. Finish: sweet, vibrant and warming.
