Product description

Fiano is historically one of most important vine varieties coming from Greece and Asia, landed in Puglia. Along with Greeks, Fiano faced the same itinerary and then established in this Region. Arthemis is the goddess of the moon, gentle and elegant like this fiano wine. It's produced from our Masseria Surani Estate in Manduria, 80 hectares of vineyards organically treated. It's fermented for 10 days in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and then matured in the bottle for 4 months.
