It is bright straw -yellow in colour. Fresh and fruity sparkling wine with a bouquet featuring white fruits and wisteria flowers. Easy to drink, with a fine persistent perlage.It has the perfect balance between acidity and softness. Enjoy chilled. Serving temperature 6-8°c. Food suggestions: aperitif, savoury focaccia, white meats, sweets.
