Borgo deā Medici pasta is made exclusively with high-quality durum wheat. To ensure our pastaās freshness, no more than 56 hours pass from the grinding stage to the production phase. The manufacturing process is 74% manual, thus Borgo deā Mediciās is one of the few pastas on the market that has earned itself the āhand-crafted productā label. No colourants are used to give the pasta its shiny and attractive appearance, instead coloured by naturally dehydrated vegetables.
