Color: Straw yellow with golden reflexes, fine and persistent perlage. Aroma: Apple, pear, bread crust aromas and spicy hints of sage and marjoram in the finish. Taste: Dry, sapid, persistent, with aromas of ripe fruit and bread crust.
It pairs perfectly with seafood crudités and oysters. Excellent with seafood risotto and baked brill with roasted potatoes.
