Bottega’s proposal is Poeti Prosecco DOC Rosé, a sparkling wine that maintains the freshness and versatility of Prosecco, but amazes with its rose color, a more consistent perlage and a greater aromatic complexity! Bottega Prosecco DOC Rosé is the result of the quality of raw materials, the passion of our oenologists and the great experience of our company.

Tasting Notes

Colour and Appearance: bright pink colour, fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet: fruity aromas (with distinct hints of apple, white peach, and citrus) and floreal notes like peach blossoms. Taste: fresh and delicate, fragrant on the palate. Characterized by a good retro-olfactory persistence. Serve at 4 - 5 C°. Excellent as an aperitive, it can be served during the whole meal and goes well with cold and light dishes, pizza, vegetable risotto's and white meat. Perfect with raw fish and sushi.
