Bottega Millesimato is a Brut sparkling wine made with grapes from the same harvest. It has a straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage.
It reveals notes of apple, peach and elegant acacia hints. Dry, lively, fresh, quite soft on the palate, with a pleasant sapidity and balanced acidity. Best served at 4-5 °C in a flute.
Ideal as an aperitif and in cocktails. Perfect paired with caprese salad, pasta with seasonal vegetables, roast turkey.
