Colour: the colour of onion skin with light orange glints. Bouquet: fine and fruity with a scent of raspberries, a subdued cranberry note and a hint of citrus; a very discreet vanilla brioche in the background. Taste: a clean, rich taste of raspberries on the tongue, a delicate mineral note to finish. Good average concentration and length on the palate.
