The Bushmills 12 Year Old PX Sherry Cask is a small batch Irish single malt whiskey bottled at 46% ABV,available exclusively to Travel Retail.Crafted on the wild County Antrim coast, near the legendary Giant’s Causeway, this innovative expression is matured in first fill bourbon barrels for at least 11 years, then carefully finished in first and second fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts for at least 12 months.

Tasting Notes

Warm vanilla, treacle toffee, dried fruit. Color: golden copper. Nose: Enticingly rich and sweet aromas of warm vanilla, dried fruits mingled with dark chocolate, honey and sweet spice to delight the senses. Taste: A velvety smooth mouth feel. Hints of clove dates, raisins and figs followed by espresso and liquorice before developing into vanilla sweetness, chocolate. A truly delightful experience for the palate. Finish: dried fruit, vanilla, gentle spice and treacle toffee sweetness.
