Dr. L Riesling evokes a walk through
an orchard in the late summer: luscious pear, peach and apple aromas retain the crisp sweet-tart quality of ripening fruit just before harvest. On the palate, the wine is refreshing, juicy and zippy. A perfect pour for brunch, it complements everything from rich eggs and hollandaise to sweet waffles and salty meats. It’s also excellent with Asian noodle dishes especially if there is a touch of heat involved. Suggested serving temperature: 45-50°F (7-10°C).
