A lovely light fresh robe. Fine and delicate bubbles. Deep bouquet of small red fruit, raspberries and redcurrants, which turns into complex marmalade notes after a few minutes in the glass. Crisp palate with citrus notes and fine fruity finish. Serving temperature : between 6 and 8°C. Food pairing : aperitif, red berries dessert.
