We carefully hand-pick them for optimal freshness and flavour. We do not useartificial flavouring and preservatives. Pallini Limoncello is crafted to obtain the perfect balance between tart and sweet. Only the Sfusato Amalfitano lemons make the authentic limoncello liqueur. Tasting Notes

A surprisingly powerful nose, combined with invigorating lemon notes, gives way to a long, complex palette of aromas, expertly anchored in alcohol that is always present but never overpowering. A full, rich mouthfeel awakens the senses with delicious, chewy flavours of freshly zested lemons developing a hint of soft, earthy flavours beyond, and a faint indication of dried spices. The finish is pleasant, never cloying, and far longer than you would expect from a limoncello.
