The available vintage may differ from the one shown in the image. This top-of-the-range wine owes its name to the walls that protected the Poblet monastery. The distinctive identity lies not only in the stony schist soils (Licorella), but also in the grape varieties that make up the wine. The Torres family has succeeded in reviving extinct indigenous varieties using modern viticultural techniques. Together with Garnacha Tinta, Cariñena and Monastrell, these varieties form the spirit of this unique wine.
